For international travellers
Not at all. All Precellence chauffeurs are fluent in English. Our booking pages, confirmation emails and customer support are available in English 24/7 via phone, WhatsApp and email. Upon request we mobilise a chauffeur fluent in a third language: Italian, Arabic, Mandarin, Japanese, German, Spanish or Russian.
Book online via our booking page or via WhatsApp at +33 6 95 87 81 86. Provide your flight number — your chauffeur will track your flight in real time and meet you in the arrivals hall with a personal name sign. Up to one hour of complimentary wait at landing. Fixed flat rate confirmed before departure, fuel and tolls included on airport transfers.
Yes. Every Precellence chauffeur speaks fluent English and French. This is a baseline requirement of our service, not an option. On request, we provide chauffeurs fluent in Italian, Arabic, Mandarin, Japanese, German, Spanish or Russian — to be mentioned at the time of booking.
Service is included in our flat rate. Tipping is not expected, and our chauffeurs will never solicit one. That said, a tip of 5 to 10 percent is appreciated for exceptional service or a particularly long ride. There is no awkward expectation either way.
Yes. All American Express cards accepted including Centurion (Black Card), Platinum and Business. We also accept corporate credit cards, SWIFT wire transfers and monthly billing for international corporate accounts. Receipts available in English or French on request. Billing available in EUR, USD or GBP.
Booking & airports
We accept Le Bourget bookings up to 2 hours before pickup, but we strongly recommend 24 to 48 hours in advance to coordinate with your FBO and flight schedule. For multi-vehicle coordination or specific vehicle requests (Maybach, Rolls-Royce), book at least 72 hours ahead. Real-time jet arrival tracking included.
Yes. Our chauffeur-on-demand service starts at a 3-hour minimum and extends to full days or multi-day bookings. A dedicated English-speaking chauffeur waits for you, adapts to your schedule and never counts the minutes. Ideal for back-to-back business meetings, luxury shopping on Avenue Montaigne or Place Vendôme, private Paris tours or palace coordination.
Yes. We operate intercity transfers from Paris to London (5h via Eurotunnel), Geneva (3h30), Brussels (2h30), Monaco (8h), Amsterdam (3h30) and all of France and Europe. Fixed flat rate confirmed at booking, fuel included. We also offer transfers to Gare du Nord for the Eurostar to London and Gare de Lyon for the TGV to Geneva.
Pricing & vehicles
Paris ↔ CDG is a fixed flat rate from €115 in a Mercedes E-Class Business. From €125 in an EQE Electric, from €240 in S-Class First Class, €159 in a V-Class. Price displayed before confirmation — no surprises on arrival, no night or weekend surcharge.
Absolutely. The displayed rate is the rate you pay. Nights, weekends, public holidays, Christmas, peak season — the price does not change. Fuel is always included. Only tolls are billed at cost on long-distance routes.
Mercedes E-Class Business from €95 · Mercedes EQE Electric from €105 · Mercedes S-Class First Class from €190 · Mercedes V-Class Van from €135. On request: Sprinter (15–24 seats), Maybach from €350, Bentley Flying Spur from €480, Rolls-Royce Ghost from €550.
Flights, changes & confidentiality
Your chauffeur tracks your flight in real time via JFK, EWR, LGA, LAX, LHR, HKG, NRT, HND, SIN, DXB and all major hubs. In case of delay, arrival time is automatically adjusted — at no additional cost. Complimentary wait up to one hour after landing.

Yes. Every Precellence chauffeur signs an NDA before their first assignment. Confidentiality is not optional — it is a contractual obligation we impose on the entire team. We work regularly with public figures, executives and palace clients, where discretion is non-negotiable.
Yes. We coordinate routinely with Plaza Athénée, Le Bristol, Le Meurice, Ritz Paris, Crillon, Peninsula, Mandarin Oriental, George V and all parisian palaces. Direct room pickup and discreet drop-off available on request. NDA signed on every assignment.
