• Train station transfers: Saint-Lazare, Gare du Nord, Gare de Lyon, Montparnasse, Gare de l'Est, Austerlitz, Bercy
• Chauffeur-on-demand by the hour or by the day (dedicated chauffeur)

• B2B services: corporate accounts, hotels & palaces, travel agencies

Article 3 — Booking and confirmation

Bookings may be placed 24/7 via:

• The online form at precellence-service.com
• Phone: +33 (0)1 58 96 39 43
• WhatsApp: +33 1 58 96 39 43
• Email: contact@precellence-service.com

Every booking is subject to an immediate confirmation by email summarising: date, time, pick-up address, destination, assigned vehicle, guaranteed flat rate, and chauffeur identity (sent at the latest 1 hour before pick-up).

The minimum lead time for booking is 2 hours before pick-up. For long-distance transfers and events, a 48-hour lead time is recommended.

Article 4 — Rates

Rates are fixed and guaranteed, communicated to the Client before booking confirmation. No surcharge is applied for:

• Time of ride (day, night, weekend, public holiday)
• Season (high season from March to September inclusive)
• Traffic conditions or any detours imposed by road conditions

The minimum transfer fare is EUR 85 incl. VAT (shortest ride, station ↔ central Paris). Chauffeur-at-disposal (hourly hire) is billed per hour with a 3-hour minimum, i.e. EUR 285 incl. VAT in E-Class. Applicable VAT is 10% on passenger transport services (transfers, chauffeur-at-disposal, long distance), pursuant to Article 279 b quater of the French General Tax Code. Non-transport services, in particular Meet & Greet assistance without a vehicle, are subject to the standard rate of 20%. Fuel is included in all rates. Motorway tolls are billed in addition, at actual cost, for long-distance routes.

Reference rate grid — intra-Paris and airport transfers:

Class	Vehicle	Transfer rate
Business	Mercedes E-Class	EUR 95
Electric	Mercedes EQE	EUR 95
First Class	Mercedes S-Class	EUR 190
Van / SUV	Mercedes V-Class	EUR 135
Electric Van	Mercedes EQV	EUR 135
Special	Maybach · Bentley · Sprinter	On request

Long-distance, chauffeur-on-demand and event rates are subject to a personalised quote sent to the Client before confirmation.

Article 5 — Cancellation and modification

As the full amount of the service is debited at the time of booking (see Article 6), any cancellation gives rise to a partial refund calculated according to the time between the cancellation and the scheduled pick-up time. The fees retained follow the graduated scale below:

Cancellation notice before pick-up	Fees retained	Amount refunded
More than 48 hours	20%	80%
Between 24 and 48 hours	50%	50%
Between 6 and 24 hours	75%	25%
Less than 6 hours, or no-show	100%	0%

A no-show occurs when the Client is absent at the pick-up point on expiry of the maximum waiting time set out in Article 7, without prior cancellation and without responding to contact attempts. A Client who can be reached and confirms their delay is not a no-show: their waiting time is charged under Article 7.

The refund is made via the original payment method (partial Stripe refund) within 5 to 10 business days. This scale applies uniformly to individual and corporate clients; corporate accounts governed by a specific agreement are subject to the terms of that agreement.

Changes to date, time or address are accepted without penalty as long as they are communicated before the chauffeur's actual departure and remain compatible with the schedule.

Article 6 — Payment

Payment is made securely under the following terms:

• Credit card via Stripe (SSL/TLS encryption) — the full amount is debited at the time of booking, with 3D Secure (SCA) strong authentication in accordance with the PSD2 directive. Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted.
• Bank transfer (reserved for corporate clients upon prior agreement)
• Consolidated monthly billing for corporate accounts, upon opening of a customer account after verification

For variable-amount services (chauffeur-on-demand, overtime, additional stops, kilometres outside the package), an estimate is debited at booking; any supplements recorded at the end of the ride are subject to a separate additional debit or an invoice issued after the service.

For corporate accounts, invoices are issued within 48 hours after the ride and payable within 30 days net from the invoice date. Any late payment triggers, without prior formal notice, late-payment penalties at the increased statutory interest rate, as well as a flat-rate recovery fee of EUR 40 (Article D.441-5 of the French Commercial Code).

Article 7 — Carrier's liability

The Service Provider commits to:

• Provide a Mercedes-Benz vehicle less than 4 years old, serviced and inspected before each mission
• Assign a chauffeur holding a professional VTC license (carte professionnelle VTC), trained and bound by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)
• Arrive at the pick-up point 15 minutes before the agreed time
• Track flights in real time for airport transfers, with free adjustment of arrival time in case of delay
• Included waiting and chargeable waiting: waiting time is included in every service — 60 minutes for airport transfers (with real-time flight tracking), 30 minutes for railway station transfers, 15 minutes for any other pick-up. Beyond that, waiting is charged per hour started, at the hourly chauffeur-at-disposal rate applicable to the vehicle class booked, as set out in Article 4 and communicated to the Client before the booking is confirmed. Maximum waiting time is 120 minutes at an airport, 90 minutes at a railway station and 60 minutes for any other pick-up; beyond that, the chauffeur is entitled to leave the pick-up point. The Service Provider notifies the Client when chargeable waiting begins, by call, SMS or written message; the Client's failure to respond does not suspend the count. The Client authorises the Service Provider to charge this supplement to the payment method used at the time of booking, or failing that by a payment link sent after the service.
• Maintain a Professional Civil Liability insurance policy covering all services

The Service Provider shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations or modifications due to circumstances beyond its control (Force majeure events, traffic accidents, exceptional weather conditions, strikes, demonstrations, administrative closures, security events).

The Client is liable for any damage caused to the vehicle through their conduct or that of their companions. The transport of animals, bulky luggage or valuables must be declared at the time of booking.

Article 8 — Confidentiality and NDA

Each Precellence chauffeur signs a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) prior to their first assignment. This agreement covers the identity of the Client and their companions, the locations served, conversations overheard, and any document or item observed during the ride. Breach of this agreement results in the immediate termination of the chauffeur's employment contract and, where appropriate, legal proceedings.

Article 9 — Personal data & GDPR

The Service Provider collects and processes the Client's personal data (last name, first name, email, phone, addresses, payment data) solely for the purpose of performing the transport service, in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Regulation EU 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 (loi Informatique et Libertés).

Data is retained for the time necessary to perform the service and to meet legal obligations (10 years for accounting data, 3 years after the last contact for prospecting data).

In accordance with Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, the Client has at any time a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection regarding their personal data. To exercise these rights, the Client may write to contact@precellence-service.com.

For further details on data processing, please consult the Privacy Policy.

Article 10 — Complaints and mediation

Any complaint must be submitted in writing within 30 days following the service, to contact@precellence-service.com. The Service Provider undertakes to respond within 15 business days.

In accordance with Articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer Client may, in the event of an unresolved dispute, refer free of charge to a consumer mediator:

Médiation Tourisme et Voyage (MTV)
Website: www.mtv.travel
Postal address: MTV Médiation Tourisme Voyage, BP 80 303, 75823 Paris Cedex 17

Recourse to this mediator assumes that the Publisher has effectively joined the MTV scheme (membership agreement). Otherwise, indicate here the consumer mediator to whom the Publisher has subscribed.

The Client may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Article 11 — Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law.

In the absence of an amicable settlement of a dispute, the Paris courts (tribunaux de Paris) shall have sole jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory provisions applicable to consumers.
