How your transfer unfolds — in five steps
Booking in under three minutes
Via WhatsApp, phone or online form. You indicate the date, flight time, flight number, arrival terminal (if known), drop-off address and number of passengers. Confirmation by e-mail within minutes.
Preparation and chauffeur assignment
The day before the transfer, you receive an SMS with your chauffeur's name, direct phone number, vehicle model and colour. The chauffeur reviews your file: flight, schedule, preferences.
Flight tracking and arrival at the airport
Our system tracks your flight continuously. The chauffeur leaves base at the right moment so as to arrive fifteen minutes before landing. He parks at the relevant terminal's short-stay drop-off and positions himself in the arrivals area.
Meet & Greet in the arrivals hall
Personal name sign in hand, your chauffeur waits at the exit of the baggage area. He takes charge of your suitcases, accompanies you to the vehicle, offers a bottle of water or a coffee.
Drive to Paris or the region
Traffic optimised in real time, climate to your preference, silence or conversation according to mood. Wi-Fi available. Arrival at the exact address provided — hotel, home, office, station. The chauffeur unloads your luggage.

The international business traveller — CDG T2E, intercontinental flight
Air France Singapore-Paris flight in business, landing 6:05am after twelve hours in the cabin, client meeting the same day at 11am. The morning taxi queue is not an option, especially on a Sunday. Mercedes E-Class or S-Class booked two days ahead, chauffeur in arrivals area T2E, sign in hand. Forty minutes later, hotel on Place Vendôme. The traveller can shower, change, and arrive fresh for his meeting.
The family from the Caribbean — Orly 4, delayed charter
Couple with two young children, return from Pointe-à-Pitre to Paris, Air Caraïbes charter landed at 7am after a weather detour. Four suitcases, two pushchairs, beach bags.
