How can I cancel or modify my ride?

You can cancel or modify your ride free of charge up to 72 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

In case of flight or train delays, no penalty will be applied — your chauffeur tracks your flight in real-time and adjusts automatically.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 48 hours before your travel date. However, we can also handle last-minute requests — don't hesitate to contact us directly by phone or WhatsApp for urgent bookings.

For special events (weddings, corporate events), we recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to guarantee the best vehicle and service.
During Your Ride

How long will the chauffeur wait for me?

For standard transfers, the chauffeur will wait up to 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.

For airport arrivals, waiting is included free of charge for up to 1 hour after your flight lands. Your chauffeur tracks your flight in real-time and adapts automatically to any delay, whether the flight is early or late.

Does the chauffeur speak English?

Yes, our chauffeurs generally speak English and French. Many also speak Arabic and Spanish.

If you have a specific language requirement, please mention it at the time of booking and we will do our best to match a chauffeur with the right language skills for you.

Are drivers allowed to accept tips?

Yes, drivers are allowed to accept tips, but it remains entirely at the client's discretion. Tips are never expected or required — our service price is all-inclusive.

Can I bring my dog? And if yes, is there a supplement?

Yes, you can bring your pet. However, there will be a cleaning supplement applied to the booking. Please inform us at the time of booking so we can prepare accordingly and ensure your pet travels in comfort.
Vehicles & Fleet

What types of vehicles do you offer?

Generally Mercedes E-Class (Business, from €87), Mercedes EQE electric (from €97), Mercedes S-Class First Class (from €110), and Mercedes V-Class Van/SUV (from €129).

You can also request sprinters (15 to 20 seats) or coaches (up to 50 seats) for groups. For very high-end occasions, you can also request Maybach, Bentley or collector vehicles. All our vehicles are less than 4 years old.

Can I choose the vehicle I book?

Yes, you can choose from several types of vehicles: Mercedes E-Class, S-Class, V-Class, as well as the same models in hybrid or electric versions (EQE, EQV).

For very specific requests (Maybach, Bentley, vintage collector, large groups), please contact us directly so we can customize your booking.

Absolutely. The price shown is the price you pay — always. No surge pricing, no evening or weekend supplements, no hidden fees. We believe transparency is the foundation of trust.

Our prices remain exactly the same whether you travel on a Monday morning, a Saturday evening, or a bank holiday.

How is my personal data handled?

We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. The data we collect is used solely for the purpose of booking and providing our services.

We comply with RGPD (GDPR) regulations on personal data protection and do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by legal obligation.

Additionally, all our chauffeurs have signed non-disclosure agreements (NDA) to guarantee absolute confidentiality regarding your journeys and personal information.
Service Coverage

What is the minimum journey duration?

For a transfer (point to point), there is no minimum journey. For a vehicle at disposal service (chauffeur for a day), the minimum duration is 3 hours. Your chauffeur adapts to your schedule.

What is the maximum journey distance?

There is no kilometer limit for a transfer. We can, for example, transport you from Paris to Geneva, Nice, Barcelona, Brussels, London or Amsterdam. For very long journeys, we plan the route with stops to ensure the comfort of both you and your chauffeur.

I would like a chauffeur from Paris airport and another one once I arrive in London. Is this possible?

Yes, of course. We can provide you with an airport transfer in Paris for your departure and arrange a chauffeur upon your arrival in all major European cities — London, Brussels, Amsterdam, Geneva, Madrid and many more.

What are the cities where I can use Precellence service?
