General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 — Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the « Terms ») govern all contractual relationships between Precellence Service (hereinafter « the Service Provider ») and any natural person or legal entity (hereinafter « the Client ») booking a private chauffeur transport service.
The Service Provider is registered with the French national register of private hire vehicle operators (VTC) under number VTC-75-2024-001234, SIRET 123 456 789 00012, Professional liability insurance RC-PRO-2024-PRECELLENCE-75.
Any booking placed with the Service Provider implies the Client's full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. The Terms in force are those published on the website precellence-service.com at the date of the booking.
Article 2 — Description of services
The Service Provider offers chauffeured passenger transport services, primarily:
- Airport transfers: Paris-Charles de Gaulle, Orly, Le Bourget, Beauvais
- Train station transfers: Saint-Lazare, Gare du Nord, Gare de Lyon, Montparnasse, Gare de l'Est, Austerlitz, Bercy
- Chauffeur-on-demand by the hour or by the day (dedicated chauffeur)
- Long-distance transfers: France and Europe
- Events and ceremonies: weddings, evenings, galas
- B2B services: corporate accounts, hotels & palaces, travel agencies
Article 3 — Booking and confirmation
Bookings may be placed 24/7 via:

Every booking is subject to an immediate confirmation by email summarising: date, time, pick-up address, destination, assigned vehicle, guaranteed flat rate, and chauffeur identity (sent at the latest 1 hour before pick-up).
The minimum lead time for booking is 2 hours before pick-up. For long-distance transfers and events, a 48-hour lead time is recommended.
Article 4 — Rates
Rates are fixed and guaranteed, communicated to the Client before booking confirmation. No surcharge is applied for:
- Time of ride (day, night, weekend, public holiday)
- Season (high season from March to September inclusive)
- Traffic conditions or any detours imposed by road conditions
The minimum ride rate is EUR 50 incl. VAT. Applicable VAT is 20%. Fuel is included in all rates. Motorway tolls are billed in addition, at actual cost, for long-distance routes.

Long-distance, chauffeur-on-demand and event rates are subject to a personalised quote sent to the Client before confirmation.
Article 5 — Cancellation and modification
The Client may cancel or modify a booking under the following conditions:
Individual clients (B2C):
- More than 24h before pick-up: free cancellation, full refund
- Between 24h and the time of pick-up: 50% of the amount billed
- No-show (Client absent at the pick-up point after 30 minutes of waiting): 100% of the amount billed
Corporate clients (B2B):
- More than 12h before pick-up: free cancellation
- Between 12h and the time of pick-up: 50% of the amount billed
- No-show: 100% of the amount billed
Changes to date, time or address are accepted without penalty as long as they are communicated before the chauffeur's actual departure and remain compatible with the schedule.
Article 6 — Payment
Payment is made securely under the following terms:
- Credit card via Stripe (secure payment, SSL/TLS encryption) — pre-authorisation at booking, debit after the ride
- Bank transfer (reserved for corporate clients upon prior agreement)
- Consolidated monthly billing for corporate accounts, upon opening of a customer account after verification
For corporate accounts, invoices are issued within 48 hours after the ride and payable within 30 days net from the invoice date. Any late payment triggers, without prior formal notice, late-payment penalties at the increased statutory interest rate, as well as a flat-rate recovery fee of EUR 40 (Article D.441-5 of the French Commercial Code).
Article 7 — Carrier's liability
The Service Provider commits to:
- Provide a Mercedes-Benz vehicle less than 4 years old, serviced and inspected before each mission
- Assign a chauffeur holding a professional VTC license (carte professionnelle VTC), trained and bound by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)
- Arrive at the pick-up point 15 minutes before the agreed time
- Track flights in real time for airport transfers, with free adjustment of arrival time in case of delay
- Airport waiting: the first hour of waiting is included for airport transfers (real-time flight tracking). Beyond the first hour: EUR 60 per hour started.
- Maintain a Professional Civil Liability insurance policy covering all services
The Service Provider shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations or modifications due to circumstances beyond its control (Force majeure events, traffic accidents, exceptional weather conditions, strikes, demonstrations, administrative closures, security events).
The Client is liable for any damage caused to the vehicle through their conduct or that of their companions. The transport of animals, bulky luggage or valuables must be declared at the time of booking.
Article 8 — Confidentiality and NDA
Each Precellence chauffeur signs a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) prior to their first assignment. This agreement covers the identity of the Client and their companions, the locations served, conversations overheard, and any document or item observed during the ride. Breach of this agreement results in the immediate termination of the chauffeur's employment contract and, where appropriate, legal proceedings.
Article 9 — Personal data & GDPR
The Service Provider collects and processes the Client's personal data (last name, first name, email, phone, addresses, payment data) solely for the purpose of performing the transport service, in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Regulation EU 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 (loi Informatique et Libertés).
Data is retained for the time necessary to perform the service and to meet legal obligations (10 years for accounting data, 3 years after the last contact for prospecting data).
In accordance with Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, the Client has at any time a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection regarding their personal data. To exercise these rights, the Client may write to contact@precellence-service.com.

Article 10 — Complaints and mediation
Any complaint must be submitted in writing within 30 days following the service, to contact@precellence-service.com. The Service Provider undertakes to respond within 15 business days.
In accordance with Articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer Client may, in the event of an unresolved dispute, refer free of charge to a consumer mediator.
Article 11 — Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law.
In the absence of an amicable settlement of a dispute, the Paris courts (tribunaux de Paris) shall have sole jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory provisions applicable to consumers.
