Frequently asked questions — Paris Versailles
Paris → Versailles: the kings' residence, 25 km away
Leaving your Paris hotel, crossing Boulogne and Vaucresson, joining the linden-lined Avenue de Paris that opens onto the royal gates. This is how the courtiers of Louis XIV arrived. This is how Precellence takes you there — in silence, without a queue, without a transfer.
The Palace of Versailles welcomes nearly 8 million visitors per year. The majority arrive by RER C (40 uncomfortable minutes, 25 minutes' walk from Versailles-Rive Gauche station), by tour bus (groups of 50, imposed durations) or by taxi (meter, waiting time not negotiated). The Precellence private chauffeur changes the experience entirely: pick-up at hotel or home, climate-controlled Mercedes, mineral water, wifi, drop-off at the main gate, waiting at the VIP car park, direct return to your Paris address.
