- Paris → Caen (240 km, 2h30) via A13, the Normandy motorway. Possible stop at Mantes-la-Jolie or Bouclésur service area
- Caen → Avranches (120 km, 1h15) via A84. View over the bay from Pontaubault bridge
- Avranches → Mont shuttle car park (20 km, 25 min). Drop-off at the car park, free shuttle to the foot of the Mont (12 min) or on foot via the causeway (35 min)
- Total door-to-door each way: 3h45 to 4h depending on traffic
- Full-day round trip: 14 hours (Paris departure 7am, return 9pm) with 5-6 hours free on site
