1. Company Information
These terms govern the services provided by Precellence Service, operating under the brand Booking Chauffeur, a private chauffeur (VTC) company registered in France. Contact: [email protected] · +33 (0)6 95 87 81 86.
2. Services
Booking Chauffeur provides premium private chauffeur services including but not limited to: airport and station transfers, simple point-to-point transfers, long distance transportation, vehicle at disposal, Meet & Greet at airports, event transportation, and guided tours across France and Europe.
All services are performed by licensed VTC (Voiture de Transport avec Chauffeur) operators in compliance with French regulations.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices quoted are fixed and all-inclusive. There are no surge pricing, weekend supplements, evening supplements, or hidden fees. The price confirmed at booking is the final price.
Payment is accepted via:
- Credit/debit card (processed securely via Stripe)
- Cash on completion of service (on request)
- Bank transfer for corporate clients and advance bookings
For long distance routes and events, a deposit may be required at booking.
4. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from Booking Chauffeur by email or WhatsApp. We aim to confirm all bookings within 30 minutes during business hours and within 2 hours at all other times.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation: Up to 72 hours before scheduled pickup — 100% refund
- Between 24 and 72 hours: 50% cancellation fee
- Less than 24 hours: 100% of the booking price is due
- No-show: Full amount charged
- Flight/train delays: No penalty — your chauffeur tracks your journey in real-time and adapts automatically
For events (weddings, corporate, multi-vehicle bookings), specific cancellation terms apply and are communicated at the time of booking.
6. Waiting Times
- Airport arrivals: 1 hour free waiting after actual landing time
- Standard pickups: 15 minutes free waiting after scheduled time
- Additional waiting time is billed at the hourly rate of the service class booked
7. Chauffeur Conduct
All our chauffeurs are VTC licensed, trained in VIP welcome protocol, and have signed Non-Disclosure Agreements. They are required to be impeccably dressed, punctual, and discreet. The chauffeur has the right to refuse service to a passenger who is intoxicated, abusive, or represents a safety risk.
8. Vehicle Standards
All vehicles are less than 4 years old, regularly maintained, clean and impeccably presented. We reserve the right to substitute a booked vehicle model with an equivalent or superior category in case of unforeseen circumstances, at no additional charge to the client.
9. Pets
Pets are accepted subject to prior notice and a cleaning supplement. Please inform us at the time of booking. Guide dogs for people with disabilities are always accepted at no additional charge.
10. Liability
Booking Chauffeur holds full professional civil liability insurance covering all passengers and third parties during the journey. We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseeable events (extreme weather, traffic accidents, force majeure). We are not liable for items left in the vehicle — please check the vehicle upon departure.
11. Confidentiality
Booking Chauffeur and all its chauffeurs commit to absolute confidentiality regarding all client information, travel details, conversations, and identities. This commitment is formalized through Non-Disclosure Agreements signed by all personnel.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts. Consumers may also refer to the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
